Nowadays, artisan pastry and cake are growing rapidly. They tend to make beautiful yet delightful cakes. However, it needs advanced techniques. The ingredients for making those beautiful cakes are also vary, one of them is frozen fruit puree. Prambanan Kencana has new principal that supply frozen fruit puree. It is CROP’S from Belgium. They brought their guest chef, Willem Verloy to Indonesia for doing demo in Bali and Jakarta.
The event was held on 26 February 2018 in Bali and 28 February 2018 in Jakarta. The crowd were enthusiast about the recipes that Chef Verloy made. There were 6 recipes: Entremet - Macaron Raspberry, Entremet - Lauren, Plated Dessert – Valerie, Petit Gateaux – Éclair Strawberry Tomato, Petit Gateaux – Almond & Blueberry Cube, and Petit Gateaux – Sour Cherry & Pistachio Tartelette.
