Ingredients :

  • Pineapple Marbling & Filling with Pieces

Ingredient Coconut Mousse :

  • Cream g 500
  • Moussecream+5 95 gr
  • Pastovocrem 20 gr
  • Coconut Delipaste 30 gr

Ingredient Coconut Streusel :

  • Butter 100 gr
  • Brown sugar 100 gr
  • Grated coconut 90 gr
  • Flour 100 gr

Ingredient Chocolate & Coconut Sticks :

  • Chocolate 100 gr
  • Grated coconut 30 gr

Make Coconut Mousse :

  • Heat 200 g of cream to 40 °C.
  • Add Moussecream + 5 and mix carefully.
  • Add cream, Pastovocrem and shock freeze 2/3 minutes. Mix the half shakes into the bowl of the mixer and add the Coconut Delipaste.

Make Coconut Streusel :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Bake the streusel at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
