Carabar is a long, stick-shaped snack with a unique texture—crispy on the outside yet slightly chewy on the inside—typical of mochi-based treats. The combination of butter, milk, and cheddar cheese delivers a rich, creamy, savory flavor, making it perfect as a casual snack, a coffee companion, or even a premium item for gift baskets and snack displays.

Eggs: 50 gr

Water: 300 gr

Arla Butter Unsalted: 180 gr

Milk: 75 gr

Pro-Chef Mochi Bread Mix: 500 gr

Green Valley Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 100

HOW TO MAKE

Add all ingredients except the Green Valley Shredded Cheddar Cheese, then stir until smooth.

Add the Green Valley Shredded Cheddar Cheese and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag, then pipe it onto a baking sheet in long, thin strips.

Bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.

Once cooked, let cool and store in an airtight container.
