Ingredients :

  • 1 shot of espresso (about 30 ml)
  • 200 ml Almond Breeze Barista
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Cinnamon powder or cocoa powder for topping (optional)

How to Make :

  • Make espresso using an espresso machine or moka pot. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use strong brewed coffee.
  • Heat and froth the almond milk:
  • If you have a steam wand: Steam Almond Breeze Barista until it forms a soft foam.
  • If you don’t have a steam wand: Heat the milk in a saucepan until warm (don’t boil), then froth it with a milk frother or shake in a covered container.
  • Pour the espresso into a cup.
  • Add the frothed almond milk, pouring slowly to keep the texture creamy.
  • Add sweetener and toppings if desired.
