Prambanan Kencana together with Oldenburger have successfully held an event entitled “Dairy Excellent with Oldenburger“ on Jl. Kasongan Tirto Bangunjiwo Kasihan Bantul Yogyakarta, Thursday (22/02/2024). This event is an inspiring event for culinary lovers and baking fans.
Prambanan Kencana as a supplier of Oldenburger products in Indonesia, as the event organizer, we featured well-known chefs, namely Chef Uun and Chef Jonson as Technical Marketing for Prambanan Kencana. The chefs demonstrated various interesting applications in making bread with Oldenburger products.
The applications demonstrated include Espresso Panna Cotta, German Black Forest, Fruit Vol Au Vent, and Biscuit Dough with Cinnamon Foam. For the recipe, Peekay friends, you can see it here.
This event received a positive response from all participants who attended. Apart from baking demos, this event was also enlivened with very interesting door prizes. Apart from that, participants can also enjoy dishes served directly by the chefs. Participants also get a recipe from the chef which Peekay friends can immediately prepare at home.
