A Collection of Crafted Desserts
Celebrating the collaboration between three premium brands and the creation of a dessert, alongside the best culinary experts in Indonesia.
The Baking Centre Kaji witnessed a special moment in Prambanan Kencana's culinary calendar — the Dessert Atelier 2026. More than just a product launch event, this event is designed as a space for culinary entrepreneurs to find new inspiration, try premium ingredients, and connect directly with experts in the field.
With the tagline 'A Collection of Crafted Desserts', the event embodies the idea that every good dish starts with the right ingredients — and that every business, from small-scale enterprises to large-scale industries, deserves access to them.
The opening session was filled with the official introduction of three leading brands that are now available through the distribution network of PT Prambanan Kencana — all three are part of the same group and offer complementary products.
This session also marks the debut of five new products from Selma: Macadamia Style, Pecan Kernels, Peanut Butter Creamy, Gourmet Sliced Nuts, and Pistachio Chopped. The five new products immediately attracted the attention of participants thanks to their flavour profiles, textures, and the wide range of applications they offer in pastry and bakery products.
As the most anticipated session began, the Chef Technical Marketing from Prambanan Kencana took to the stage to present five menu creations, each designed to showcase the superiority of the ingredients from the three brands in a tangible way — not just theory, but results that the participants could see, feel and replicate for themselves.

The Chef Technical Marketing Prambanan Kencana presented the participants with a selection of their finest menu creations.
“Each menu is designed to prove that quality ingredients do not have to result in complicated dishes — it is the simplicity of the technique and the quality of the ingredients that produce the most memorable products for customers.”
To conclude the event, the door prize session was the most exciting moment of the day. Participants from various culinary businesses — ranging from local UMKM, bakeries and patisseries, cafés, dessert shops, to larger-scale industry players — were seen to be enthusiastic about this session.
UMKM kuliner · Toko roti & pastry · Kafe & dessert shop · Industri F&B
The door prize is not just a ceremonial conclusion — it is a tangible form of appreciation from Prambanan Kencana for the partners who have taken the time and enthusiasm to attend, learn and grow together.
