Prambanan Kencana and Green Valley have successfully organized an event entitled “Authentic Mexican Food” at FOTILE Kitchen Gallery & Showroom, Jakarta (25/02/2025). This event was an inspirational event for culinary enthusiasts and cheese lovers.
We collaborated with an authentic Mexican chef, Chef Silverio Martinez Altamirano as the Mexican Chef at Casalena Jakarta. Chef demonstrated a variety of interesting applications in making authentic Mexican dishes using Green Valley products.
Applications demonstrated include Beef Sopes, Enchilada De Pollo, Huevos Rancheros, Marquesitas Y Queso, and Queso Fundido Con Chorizo. For the recipe, Peekay friends can see here.
This event received positive feedback from all participants who attended. In addition, this event was also enlivened with very interesting door prizes. Participants can also enjoy dishes that are directly served by the chef. Participants also get recipes from chefs that can be directly packaged at home.
