Baked Cheese Cake Recipe

Base Sugar Dough:

  • Arla pro 600gr
  • Gula Halus 400gr
  • Telur 4pcs
  • Tepung 1000gr

Creame Cheese Filling

  • Arla Cream Cheese 1000gr
  • Gula 250gr
  • Telur 250gr
  • Vanilla 85gr

How to Make:

  1. For the base batter, stir all ingredients until well combined then thinly spread into the pan, then bake until cooked.
  2. For the cream cheese filling, stir cream cheese and sugar until smooth then add vanilla and eggs one by one.
  3. Pour the filling mixture into the baked base, then bake with bain marie over water at 150°c for approximately 60 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, cool the cheesecake and remove from the pan and ready to serve.
