Ingredient Frunuts :

  • LBR Type M 220gr
  • Sugar 165gr
  • Honey 110gr
  • Aptunion Mixed Peel 120gr
  • Blueberry 20gr
  • Mariani Raisin 30gr
  • Dried Cranberry 20gr
  • Almond Slice 150gr
  • Almond Slivered 50gr

Ingredient Cookie Dough :

  • LBR Type M 150gr
  • Koji Cream Cheese 70gr
  • Fiesta Icing Sugar 110gr
  • Jansen Vanila 11gr
  • Egg 55gr
  • Green Valley FC 25gr
  • Cake Flour 470gr

How to Make Frunuts :

  • Melt sugar, honey and LBR
  • Add Aptunion Mixed peel, blueberries, raisins, cranberries, sliced almonds, silvered almonds and mix well.
  • Pour the cookie dough on half of the dough and then flatten it.
  • Bake again in the oven for about 15 minutes.

How to Make Adonan Kue :

  • Mix LBR & Koji Cream Cheese with Fiesta until well blended.
  • Add eggs one by one.
  • Add Green Valley FC, flour and Jansen Vanilla, mix well. Store in the chiller until ready to use later.
  • Flatten the dough, pour the topping and bake again until cooked.
