Ingredients :

  • Icing Sugar 138 gr
  • Palm Sugar 138 gr
  • Adeka Lactic Butter Margarine 180 gr
  • Salt 3 gr
  • Jansen Ginger Bread Spice 5 gr
  • Egg 90 gr
  • Medium Flour 375 gr
  • Green Valley Milk Powder 25 gr

How to Make :

  • Beat Lactic Butter Margarine, icing sugar and palm sugar until completely mixed and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly until well blended.
  • Mix the dry ingredients, strain and add to the butter mixture.
  • Cut with a cake mold according to the shape you want, put it on a tray and bake in the oven at 165°C for 15 – 20 minutes.
