Ingredients :

  • High Protein Flour 900gr 
  • IREKS Brown Bread Concentrate 100gr 
  • Haan Gold Instant Yeast Sachet 20gr
  • Angel Improver 5gr
  • Granulated Sugar 180gr
  • Eggs 150gr 
  • Oldenburger UHT Milk 450gr 
  • Campina AMF Butter Fat 120gr 
  • Salt 12gr 

Filling :

  • Yu Ai Dauyong
  • Yu Ai Red Bean Paste
  • Yu Ai Pandan Paste

How to Make :

  • Mix and stir all the ingredients except Campina AMF Butter Fat and salt. Stir until half smooth,
  • Add Campina AMF Butter Fat and salt, stir it again until smooth,
  • Remove from the Mixer and rest it for 10 minutes,
  • Cut into pieces @50gr and round it. Rest it again for 5 minutes,
  • Thin the dough and fill it with Yu Ai Paste. Roll it up neatly,
  • Inflate for 45-60 minutes, Polish it with eggs on top for the good results (shiny results),
  • Bake in the oven with 200°C for1-15 minutes.
