120 ml Arla Full Cream Milk UHT Organic

100 ml Arla Whip & Cook

25 gr Arla Pro Unsalted Butter

500 gr Arla Pizza Topping Stick

1 pack of tortilla wraps

5 pieces of beef sausage

5 pieces of smoked beef

50 grams of spinach

100 grams of egg

125 grams of onion

15 grams of garlic

5 grams of ground nutmeg

5 grams of granulated sugar

5 grams of salt

10 grams of spices

Filling Preparation: Prepare the filling first. Wash the spinach, drain, and set aside.

Cut the beef sausage and smoked beef into small cubes and set aside.

Sauté the Seasonings: Thinly slice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Sauté both with ARLA PRO UNSALTED BUTTER until fragrant.

Add the eggs, sausage, and chopped smoked beef. Sauté until half cooked.

Add the washed spinach and stir until evenly combined.

Making the Cream: Add the spices and seasonings. Pour in ARLA WHIP & COOK and ARLA FULL CREAM MILK UHT ORGANIC. Stir well and cook until cooked through and the cream is absorbed. Remove from heat and let cool.

Assembly: Prepare a tortilla shell in a pie pan. Pour the filling mixture into the tortilla shell until it is 3/4 full.

Baking: Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with ARLA PIZZA TOPPING STICKS, and bake for another 15 minutes.
