Khachapuri Minced Beef is a Georgian baked bread dish adapted with seasoned minced beef filling. This bread has a crispy crust on the outside but is very soft on the inside. 1 kg Chakra Flour

20 gr Yeast

10 gr Improver

100 gr Sugar

15 gr Salt (Salt)

150 gr Butter

50 gr Oil

550 gr Fresh Milk

5 pcs Egg Yolk

Minced Beef

Garlic

Salt and Pepper

Paprika Powder

Arabiata Sauce

Green Valley Red Cheddar

HOW TO MAKE

Melt the butter, then pour in the flour until evenly mixed, then pour in the milk and cream.

Stir until thickened, then add sugar, salt, pepper, and sautéed mushrooms.

Mix well, then drain in the freezer until slightly hardened, then shape into balls.

Fill the dough balls with red cheddar cheese, then coat them with flour and chill.

Mix all the coating ingredients together until dissolved.

Pour the balls into the coating mixture and coat them thoroughly with bread crumbs.

Fry in hot oil over low heat until golden brown.
