Arla Lumpia Chicken Curry Cheese Roll is a premium fusion snack that combines the savory taste of Japanese chicken curry with the creamy sensation and stretchy texture of cheese inside. INGREDIENTS

 

50 gr Arla Pro Unsalted Butter

250 ml Arla Whip & Cook

500 gr Arla Pizza Topping Stick

1 pack of spring roll wrappers

250 g boneless chicken breast

100 g potatoes

100 g carrots

50 g onions

10 g garlic

1 pack of Warasa Japanese curry

5 g seasoning (salt, pepper, seasoning)

 

HOW TO MAKE

Vegetable Preparation: Peel the carrots and potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into cubes. Set aside.

Chicken Preparation: Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise, then cut them into cubes.

Sautéing the Seasonings: Thinly slice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Sauté both in Arla Pro Unsalted Butter until fragrant and translucent.

Cooking the Chicken: Add the chicken breast pieces to the stir-fry and cook until half-cooked.

Adding the Vegetables: Add the prepared carrots and potatoes and stir until evenly coated.

Making the Filling: Add the curry and seasoning. Pour in the Arla Whip & Cook and stir well. Cook until all ingredients are cooked through and the liquid has been absorbed. Remove from heat and let cool.

Wrapping: Prepare 1 1/2 spring roll wrappers. Fill with the chicken curry filling and add the Arla Pizza Topping Stick. Roll into an oblong shape. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used.

Baking: Heat a frying pan and grease it with a little Arla Pro Unsalted Butter. Grill the spring rolls until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain.
