Delicious Blueberry Streusel Bar

Blueberry streusel bar is a cake consisting of two layers, namely the base layer which is made of soft and tasty cake batter, and the top layer which consists of crunchy and tasty streusel cake crumbs. The cake base layer has a soft and savory texture with a hint of sweetness that blends with the soft and sweet blueberry flavor in the middle layer of the cake.

The top layer of streusel cookie crumbs provides a savory and crunchy taste that contrasts with the base layer and gives each bite a different texture. Blueberry streusel bars are usually served in small rectangles or squares that are easy to pick up and eat anywhere. This food is suitable as a dessert or snack while relaxing with family or friends.

Ingredient Cake Bar :

  • 375 gr Medium Protein Wheat Flour (All Purpose Flour)
  • 250 gr St-Allery Revolution Butter Alternative
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 100 gr Graceland Dried Blueberry
  •   50 gr Oldenburger UHT Full Cream Milk 3.5%
  •   15 gr Angel Double Effect Baking Powder
  •     5 Pcs Egg

Ingredient Streusel :

  • 100 gr Medium Protein Wheat Flour (All Purpose Flour)
  •   75 gr St-Allery Revolution Butter Alternative
  •   25 gr Sugar
  •   50 gr Graceland Dried Blueberry

How to Make :

  • First, put St-Allery Revolution Butter Alternative 75 gr into the mixer
  • Add Sugar 200 gr then stir the dough
  • Add Eggs 5 pcs and Medium protein flour (All Purpose Flour) 375 gr
  • Next add Angel Double Effect Baking Powder 15 gr
  • Add 50 gr Oldenburger UHT Full Cream Milk 3.5% and add 100 gr Graceland Dried Blueberries
  • Mix the dough thoroughly
  • Prepare Bakewell Non Stick Baking Parchment Paper and place it in the tin
  • Put the dough into the tin
  • Make the Streusell dough by adding 75 gr of St-Allery Revolution Butter Alternative into a bowl
  • Add 25 gr of sugar, then add 100 gr of Medium Protein Wheat Flour (All Purpose Flour)
  • Mix the mixture thoroughly and add 50 gr of Graceland Dried Blueberries
  • Pour the Streusell mixture into the Cake Bar mixture
  • Bake the dough at 175°C for 30 minutes
  • Remove the dough and then cut as desired
  • Blueberry Streusel Bar is ready to serve
