Japanese Fruit Cake Recipe

Japanese fruit cake is a multi-layered cake with fruit fillings and soft frosting. The cake has a light texture and is usually decorated with a variety of fresh fruits and creams. This cake is ideal served as a dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr Mentega Arla Pro Tawar
  • Koktail Buah Frutaneira Ecoline dalam Sirup
  • 50 gr Tepung Terigu
  • 4 butir Telur
  • 14 gr Pengemulsi Kue
  • 75 gr Gula Pasir
  • 18 gr Susu Bubuk
  • 100 gr Haan Krema
  • 350 gr Susu UHT Full Cream Oldenburger 3.5% 3.5
  • Krim Bubuk
  • Ceri Diana Red Maraschino Besar dengan Batang

How to Make:

Sponge Cake

  • Put eggs, sugar, milk powder, flour, and cake emulsifier into the mixer container.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Add the unsalted butter, then mix again until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into a buttered and lightly floured baking pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.

Cream

  • Combine Haan Krema and UHT Full Cream milk in a container.
  • Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Put the cream into a plastic piping bag.

Serving

  • Cut the sponge cake to the desired size.
  • Place the cut sponge cake into a glass or small bowl.
  • Fill the top of the sponge with the prepared cream, add Frutaneira Ecoline Fruit Cocktail in Syrup, and decorate with Diana Red Maraschino Cherries Large with Stems.
