1. Combine the batter ingredients:
Put 500 g Ireks Plant-Based Soft Cake Mix, 60 ml water, and 150 ml Orilia Sunflower Oil into a bowl. Mixer until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
2. Prepare the fruit as the base of the cake:
Arrange 240 gr Fruteira Ecoline Peach Halves in Syrup and 150 gr Frutaneira Dark Sweet Cherries in a mold container.
3. Pour the batter:
Pour the prepared cake batter over the fruit that has been arranged in the mold.
4. Bake:
Bake the dough at 180°C for 30 minutes until cooked.
5. Decorate the cake:
Once cooked, lift and remove the cake from the mold. Smear the surface of the cake with melted Carma White Swiss Line.
6. Sprinkle and decorate:
Sprinkle the cake with Werner Non Pareil Mix Color 00045. Decorate with Frutaneira Dark Sweet Cherries to taste.
