Surakarta, August 19, 2025 – Prambanan Kencana and Ny Liem successfully held the “Grand Demo with Ny Liem” event at TBK Goelali Solo. With the theme “Bunge Flexibetter: From Butter to Better,” this event served as the launch pad for the innovative Bunge Flexibetter product.
Bunge Flexibetter is a plant-based butter alternative specifically designed to mimic the functionality and sensory properties of butter in various food applications. At the event, Chef Achen, Founder of Tbk & Ny Liem's Course, demonstrated the diverse applications of the product.
Chef Achen demonstrated various popular recipes, including Coffee Blast Cookies, Butter Cheese Cookies, Bika Ambon, Abon Roll Bread, Pisang Bolen, Lembang Milk Cake, Cheese Milk Cake, and Black Glutinous Rice Cake with Melted Cheese. The recipes can be found here.
