Prambanan Kencana and Naarden have successfully organized The Real Belgian Quality Chocolate event, Jakarta (12/06/2025). Two new variants of Naarden Chocolate were launched to the Horeca audience. The product launching event took place at Mastrada Office, Jakarta.
The two new Naarden chocolates with the tagline Belgian Gourmet Chocolate, include the Dark Chocolate 27% and Milk 11% variants, all in button form. Showcasing the application of both chocolates was Chef Dieter Speer, who is the Founder of pastry shop Mister & Misses Cakes, with 48 years of experience as a Chocolatier and Pastry Chef.
The applications demonstrated include Chocolate Crinkle, Creamy Saffron Choco Delight, Vier Layer Chocolate, Chocolate Mousse Praline, Baked Praline and Nama Chocolate. For the recipe, Peekay friends can see here.
As an internationally experienced Chef, Chef Dieter shared many important tips for pastry business activities and what he applies in his business in Bogor.
