Soft Baked Cheese Donut

Cheese Soft Baked Cake Donuts are a type of cake-based donut made without frying; instead, they are baked in an oven, resulting in a lighter, less greasy texture. Unlike regular donuts, which tend to be chewy, this variety has a soft, smooth, and slightly fluffy texture, similar to cake.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients A

Egg whites: 375 g

Cream of tartar / 6 g lime juice: 3 g

 

Ingredients B

Granulated sugar: 150 g

Salt: 2 g

 

Ingredients C

Water: 125 g

Oil: 65 g

Arla Unsalted Butter: 65 g

 

Ingredients D

Low-protein flour: 150 g

Cornstarch: 25 g

Ny. Liem Vanilla Cream: 2 g

Ny. Liem Condensed Milk: 2 g

 

Ingredients E

Egg Yolks: 10 butir

 

Ingredients F: Topping

Salad Dressing: 200gr

Arla Pizza Topping: 150gr

HOW TO MAKE

Whip Ingredient A until it has tripled in volume

Add ingredient B, then beat until fluffy; measure out 50 grams of the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients in Group C until well combined, then add the ingredients in Groups D and E and whisk until smooth.

Then add the beaten egg whites and stir until well combined

Bake in 9-cm-diameter steamed donut molds to make 24 donuts, or in 18-cm-diameter molds to make 3 donuts

Bake using the bain-marie method at an upper temperature of 160°C and a lower temperature of 180°C for approximately 50 minutes

Then bake again under the broiler at approximately 200°C until golden brown, for about 5 minutes.
