PT Prambanan Kencana together with Angel and Indobake has successfully organized an event entitled "Baking Demo Indobake Denpasar" at Jalan Tukad Yeh Aya No. 14, Denpasar Bali, Friday (23/6/2023). This event became an inspirational event for culinary lovers and baking enthusiasts, which was attended by around 32 participants.
Prambanan Kencana as a food supplier of Angel products in Indonesia and Indobake collaborated to organize this event. As the event organizer, we featured renowned chef, Chef Indra Kurniawan as Technical Marketing of Prambanan Kencana. The chefs demonstrated a variety of interesting applications in making bread with Angel products.
Dokumentasi AcaraThe applications demonstrated include Sweet Corn Cheese Bun and Coconut Raisin Sweet Bun. Sweet Corn Cheese Bun is a sweet bun that is usually made from soft and fluffy bread dough. Inside, there is usually a filling of sweet corn and melted cheese. The taste has a combination of sweet and savory due to the mixture of sweet corn and cheese. Coconut Raisin Sweet Bun is a sweet bun with coconut and raisin flavors, with additional coconut shavings and raisins that give it a sweet and slightly savory taste.
This event received positive feedback from all participants. In addition to the baking demo, the event was also enlivened with very interesting door prizes. In addition, the participants could also enjoy the dishes directly served by the chefs. In addition, participants also received recipes from the chef that can be directly packaged by Peekay friends at home.
