The Edam Professional has a mild but rich, savory cheese flavor
from a longer aging up to 6 months. With a lower moisture
content, the firm texture is great to grate and perfectly used in the
preparation of meals, snacks and salads. It can be an addition to,
or substitute for expensive Parmesan cheese.
