  2. Round the dough, cover with a napkin/plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30-45 minutes until it doubles in size.
  3. Deflate the dough, transfer to a table that has been sprinkled with flour. Form a square, spread the corsvet, then fold the dough. Roll out lengthwise and repeat the folds 2-4 times.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, then rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm thick, cut into 4-6 pieces. Form long ribbons, roll like mosquito coils, place on a baking sheet, and let stand 30-45 minutes to rise.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C, bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked.
  7. Cool, then perforate and add filling and toppings.
