5. Walnuts (walnuts) are nuts that have the most unique shape because they are irregular. The delicious taste makes walnuts often used as one of the processed pastries.

6. Hazelnuts are popular nuts in Turkey, Italy and the USA. These nuts are rich in unsaturated fatty acids that are beneficial for heart health. The antioxidants in these nuts are also able to protect the body from oxidative stress and inflammation.
