How to Make

  1. Blend all the spices using water
  2. Sauté the spices without oil
  3. Add meat pieces, then add bay leaves, lemongrass, and lime leaves
  4. Add seassoning to taste

  6. Keep cooking until the water recedes and the rendang is ready to be served.

  1. Blend all spices until smooth using water
  2. Cook the pureed spices until fragrant and cooked
  3. Add lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal.

  5. Then add sugar, salt, and pepper
